Our Refunds Policy

This page describes how we calculate refunds. Our refunds policy does not affect your statutory rights. Some notes about refunds:

  • When you send your item back to us, we'll process the returned item  You can expect a refund in the same form of payment originally used for purchase within three weeks of our receiving your return.

Helmet policy;

Due to health and safety issues, once a helmet has left our premises it is considered to be second hand. A returned helmet can not be sold again by us on a as new basis, as we are unable to verify it's condition to a future buyer. We therefore reserve the right to refuse returns on helmets purchased either by mail order or in the shop.

Please ensure that you are happy with all details of the helmet, including fit, size, style and colour before making your purchase.

Note: Bikers.uk.com cannot generate refunds for items purchased from third-party sellers. Only your seller can generate a refund. If you have any difficulties in obtaining a refund from your third party seller please inform us of your refund and we will assist in contacting the seller.


How Refunds Are Calculated

Items returned because they are damaged, defective or incorrect

we will refund the cost of the item and the cost of sending the item to you as follows:


  • where you are returning an item that was part of a larger order, we'll refund the per-item charge for delivery that you incurred


  • where you are returning an entire order, we'll refund applicable per-item delivery charges and the per-delivery charge that you incurred


  • We will not refund the cost of delivery unless you return the item to us because of an error on our part or because it is defective.

You will recieve your refund within 30 days of returning your order via the same method you used to pay for the order.


If you are returning an order due to an error on your part we will refund your payment excluding the postage charge when we receive the goods back.

If you would like a second parcel sent - i.e. you ordered trousers that were too small and want a larger size you will need to pay for the second postage. You can do this either by enclosing payment in the parcel when it is returned or by card over the phone.

If a parcel is returned to us because there was no one in to receive the parcel and you did not collect it from the depot or phone them to rearrange the delivery we will not pay the postage to send it a second time. Nor will we refund the postage to you if you choose to cancel the order.


If you are returning an item because of an error on our part or because it is damaged or defective, we will be happy to refund the delivery charges incurred in sending the item to you and we'll reimburse your costs in returning it to us.
